Coming to Downeast Maine?

To make a reservation at Pleasant Bay Bed & Breakfast and Llama Keep, either fill out the reservation form and hit the SUBMIT button or email us with your request at pleasantbay@downeast.net , or you can call us at 207-483-4490. In any case, we will respond either by email or phone to confirm both availability and your reservation. Final confirmation of the reservation will be made after receipt of your VISA or MASTERCARD number (with expiration date). If you send the credit card information by email, we suggest using two emails, each with one half of those numbers.

All rates are based on double occupancy ($15 each for extras) and are subject to a 7% Maine sales tax.

• Room 1: Queen bed, couch that opens to a double, private bath $90.00
• Room 2: Two single beds - shares a bath with room #3 only $50.00
• Room 3: Queen bed and a "short" double - shares a bath with room #2 only $70.00
• Room 4: Actually a two room suite, Queen bed in the bedroom, couch that opens to a full queen in the living room; private bath; TV; microwave; small refrigerator, kitchen sink; deck overlooking the water. $135

Cots and cribs are available upon request for all but room #2.

Our cancellation policy is:

**Full refund with a 7 day notice
**Full refund if less than 7 day notice, but re-rented.
**Less than a 7 day notice - no refund.

Upon receipt of confirmation the following will be needed:

• Master Card or Visa number plus expiration date

 

All rates include two persons and full breakfast, plus the sales tax of 7%
There is a $15 per person charge for each extra person in a room (no extras in room #2)

For the safety of our guests, there is no smoking allowed.

Unfortunately no pets, although you may enjoy ours.
